EXPERIENCE:
Machining
Set up and operated a Deckel Maho DMC 60T five axis milling machine. Set up and operated a Matsuura twin spindle CNC milling machine and a Hitachi Seiki CNC lathe with Fanuc controls. Set up and operated Haas CNC Milling machines and a Brother CNC tapping machine. Set up and operated EMMEGI CNC Planet, Comet and Satellite milling machines. Operated EMMEGI 650SA saw. Set up and operated bandsaws, Bridgeport mills with Prototrak controls, lathes, turret lathes, CNC mills and lathes with Fanuc controls.

Assembly
Assembled small parts for medical devices using a thermal press, ultrasonic welder, microscope, vacuum pens and various jigs and fixtures. Constructed, assembled and tested clean rooms and associated air filtration systems.

Machine Operation
Operated microfiche machinery and various computer printers as a computer operator. Ran a DMM1000 postage machine. Have used table saws and band saws. Drove a forklift.

Programming
Worked on large and complex computer systems in COBOL, CICS, and IBM Assembly language. Used Microsoft Office suite. Used many mainframe utility programs such as Unix, DB2, VSAM, Easytrieve, JCL to program and maintain business systems reliably and quickly. Was responsible for setting up and performing tests to ensure proper results. Worked both independently and as part of a team. Met demanding deadlines.

Data Entry
Processed manifests, invoices, shipping documents and hazardous materials documentation for air freight. It was important to be accurate, fast and pay attention to detail. Performed data entry for Census Bureau.

Help Desk
Supported US Census Burea field and office staff operating standard office machines such as desktop computers, laptops, and printers. Supported field staff in the operation and troubleshooting of Hand Held Computers. Used Remedy and Callfinity as well as Microsoft Office software.
